What's new
This documentation describes the current state of HelloID.
A new version of HelloID is released on the second Monday of each month.
To see which features have been added or changed, and when, refer to the Changelog.
Use the checkboxes on the left to narrow your search. The results will match at least one option you select in each chosen category. For example, if you select the Provisioning and Service Automation modules and set the release date to November 2025, the release notes for both modules for that release will appear.
To learn about features and changes planned for upcoming releases, consult the Roadmap.
The roadmap is displayed in light or dark mode depending on the browser settings.
Milestones (listed per module)
A colored bar shows the planned start and end dates for each milestone. If the left edge of the bar is straight, the milestone has already started.
Click a milestone name to get a detailed overview of its related items (both planned and completed).
Items (listed per milestone)
The planned start and end dates for each item are displayed with a lighter color. Click an item to open its details. Most items originate from user feedback. Details include the submitted feedback and a link to the Feedback portal.
Items that require a Governance license are marked with an icon.
Upcoming deprecations (if there are any)
Any features scheduled for deprecation are listed at the top.
Note
Items on the Roadmap that are scheduled within the next 3 months are committed; items beyond that are subject to change.
