Before you go any further with HelloID, we strongly recommend that you change the default password for the administrator account. While you are logged in as the administrator, follow these steps to change its password.
- In the top-right-corner of your screen, click Administrator and select Change Password.
- Enter the current administrator password, which you received in the subscription email, and then enter and confirm the new password for the account. Click Change Password.
- After a successful password reset, you will be taken to the end user application dashboard.
