The HelloID Admin Dashboard is used by administrators to gain insight into how their organization uses HelloID. The information in these widgets is provided by different aspects of HelloID. HelloID Admin Dashboard widgets cannot be changed. Navigate to the HelloID Admin Dashboard by clicking Dashboard in the menu.
The HelloID Admin Dashboard contains six widgets:
- License Usage
- Logons Per Day for the Last 30 Days
- Agent Pool Status
- Last Tasks
- Popular Apps
- Quick Actions
The first widget is the License Usage widget.
The first circle within this widget shows how many users have been enabled in HelloID compared to how many HelloID licenses your organization holds.
The second circle in the License Usage widget shows how many applications are currently enabled in HelloID for your organization compared to the total number of applications your organization may enable in HelloID. An enabled application is one that is available for end users.
If your organization has reached the limits of available licenses, the administrator needs to remove or disable applications or users before new users of applications can be enabled. To increase the enabled user license or enabled application limits, please contact your account manager.
Logons Per Day for the Last 30 Days
The second widget on the Admin Dashboard shows the total number of user logons per day from the previous 30 days. This allows you to see how often HelloID is used by members of your organization. Additional information may be found inside of the HelloID reporting interface.
More detailed reports can be found by navigating to the Reports section via the graph icon located in the top menu.
Agent Pool Status
The third widget is the Agent Pool Status. Agents connect HelloID to Active Directory. The top right corner of this widget shows how many HelloID agents have been installed. The most important aspect of this widget is the status of the agents, portrayed by the following colors:
- Green: All agents are responding as intended.
- Yellow: One or more agents have an unknown status and are not responding.
- Red: All agents are unresponsive.
- Blue: No agents are installed.
The fourth widget is Recent Tasks. This widget shows the five latest tasks that were executed and their state. Click on the task name or state to go to the task's summary and progress log.
The fifth widget shows the most popular apps accessed in the past week and is based upon how many times each application was used. The list includes the name of the application and the number of times it was used by members of your organization. Click on the task name to view and edit the application's details.
The final widget of the HelloID dashboard is Quick Actions and contains links to the most commonly executed HelloID actions. Click a link (e.g. Create User) to navigate to the corresponding page.
