Product request limit
It is now possible for an administrator to limit or maximize the number of request for a single product. Limiting the amount that can be requested via self-service for a product, for example, due to a limited number of available licenses.
A price can be assigned to a product. A manager can now get insight into the costs associated with the product or licenses. Managers can determine which products are in use and what the associated costs are. For example, a user only needs access to adobe creative suite for a limited period.
Product risk factor
Assign a risk factor to a product or resource. Product and data owners can now assign and see the risk factor associated with a particular product. They can be important in the decision before approving a request. The scale can be set from 1 to 10, where 1 is the lowest risk and 10 the highest risk. This risk factor will also be used in future functionality such as attestation, segregation of duty and multi-step approval flows.
Separation of duties (SoD)
A product can now be denied if a user already has another specific product. For instance: If a user can request two products: approving payments and making payment on account, the user should only be able to request either approving payments or making payments. Not both.
Functional and database change
When removing a product, all related items are now also removed. Products will no longer be flagged for deletion. When deleting a product all related information such as logging and requests history are erased as well.
