Navigate to Automation > Task History to see an overview of the task history for your organization's HelloID environment. You may access additional details for each task by clicking on its Details link or its Status. Search the task history using the search bar or scroll through the list.
The following information is displayed for each task:
- Task Name
This is the name of the task that was executed.
This is the date and time at which the task was executed.
This column displays the current state of the task. Valid states include Finished, Failed, Running, and Canceled. Clicking on the state will bring you to the task's Summary tab.
This column will display what triggered the task, such as the scheduler, an event, or a Self Service request.
- Queued By
Here you will find the name of the entity that queued the task. "Scheduler" indicates that the given task has been started via API or is scheduled to run at certain dates and times.
Clicking Details in this column will navigate to the Summary and Progress Log tabs for a given task.
