Introduction
Self Service products may be grouped into categories to more easily organize and provide specific collections of products to certain users and groups. Navigate to Self service > Categories to see an overview of the Self Service categories within your organization's HelloID environment. Search for categories by using the search bar or scrolling through the list.
The following information is displayed for each category:
- Name
The names displayed under the Names column are visible in the User Dashboard and can be edited by clicking Edit under the Actions column. - Status
The Status column indicated whether the category is enabled or disabled with the respective label. Enabled categories are visible on the User Dashboard. Disabled categories are not. - Actions
Modify a category by clicking Edit or Delete under the Actions column.
