An agent is responsible for operational processing, such as executing scheduled tasks or authenticating login requests. Agents are grouped inside pools in order to provide better performance and higher availability. Agent Pools allow an agent to execute or take over tasks when another agent is busy or fails. Navigate to Agents via the side menu of the Administration Dashboard to get an overview of the Agent Pools used by your organization's HelloID environment.
