New features
Active directory delegated forms
We want to enable managers to perform actions that normally are only available for the IT helpdesk within the organization. To support this we have created Active Directory forms to perform a password reset, disable or unlock an account for a user
Forms available:
- Password reset
- Unlock account
- Disable account
These forms can be configured in the admin area of HelloID. Go to Delegation -> Delegated forms. Please note: you should upgrade the agent to version 4.5+ When configured the form will be available via the service desk menu on the end-user dashboard. This way you can delegate IT operations to anyone in the organization.

The HelloID portal is updated automatically. After the upgrade is completed, a HelloID notification is created within HelloID to inform the HelloID admins about the update. If you want to use the new features you need to upgrade the agent to 4.5.
