New Features
Forms for self-service products
With the new forms, you can design a custom form to let the requester enrich the request for a service product. So, for example, if you want users to be able to request an extra mailbox, but they need to specify additional information like the name of the mailbox, what size, what e-mail address can be used as a fallback, and so on.
You can now:

- Use form data within tasks
- Show form information in request summary
