Introduction
HelloID administrators can configure email notifications to be sent in response to events in HelloID Provisioning target systems. For example, when a new account is created, you may wish to notify the end user and/or their direct manager, the IT department, etc.
Before continuing, you should have already configured a source system, a target system, and at least one business rule.
Notifications Overview
From the provisioning dashboard, select the Notifications link in the navigation bar. This opens the Notifications Overview page, which displays all notifications that have been configured.
- Name
The name of the notification. This should describe the notification's purpose. - System
The target system that the notification is tied to. Some general notifications, such as Evaluation Summary, are not tied to a specific target system. - Event
The event within the target system that triggers the notification, such as Account Create. - Enabled
Whether or not the notification is enabled. Disabled notifications are not sent out. - Last Changed On
When the notification was last updated. - Actions
Select the wrench icon button to edit the notification, or the trashcan icon button to delete it.
