By default, users do not have the ability to view HelloID reports. In order to allow access to view reports, the appropriate permissions must be granted. Once the permissions have been granted, affected users will see a new icon at the top of the HelloID User Dashboard, as seen in the screenshots below.

Create a Report Viewers Role
Follow the steps in this article to create a new role called Report Viewers. On the Rights tab of your new role, find the Reporting group of permissions. Enable the View permission. This will grant access to the reporting interface.
Add Users or Groups to the Report Viewers Role
Once you have created your Report Viewers role, you may add individual users or entire groups of users to its membership list. Members of the role will then be granted access to HelloID's reporting interface.
If you want to grant report viewing to everyone in your organization, you can add the default Users group. Otherwise, you may be more selective by adding individual users or groups with more limited memberships.
Assign Reports to Groups
Granting access to view reports in the reporting interface is only the first step. Access must be granted to the reports themselves by assigning them to one or more user groups in HelloID.
