Introduction
HelloID supports SMS as a two-factor (2FA) authentication option in portal access rules and application access rules, both when your access rules are set to the fixed SMS factor type, as well as when the user is allowed to choose their own type and chooses SMS.
SMS can also be used in password self service.
To use SMS for any of these purposes, you'll first need to create an SMS provider configuration from this screen. Note that your organization must have an external account with an SMS provider. HelloID does not offer a built-in SMS provider.
To get started, go to Security > Authentication > SMS.
