Update your user profile (user dashboard)
Follow these instructions to edit your HelloID user profile information. These changes only affect HelloID, not any other connected systems such as Active Directory or Google.
Click your user profile menu in the upper-right corner of the screen, and go to My Profile.
Edit the following fields as needed:
- First Name
Your first name in HelloID.
- Last Name
Your last name in HelloID.
- Icon
Your profile picture in HelloID.
Your email address in HelloID. Used to send you notifications about important activity. Also used for two-factor authentication via email.
- Phone Number
Your phone number in HelloID. Used for two-factor authentication via SMS.
Click Save.
