Delegated forms can be organized into categories. Then, end users can filter their available forms using the Select categories drop down on the Servicedesk tab of the HelloID end user dashboard:
Organize delegated forms into categories
To create a new category and add a delegated form to it, follow these instructions:
- Go to Delegation > Categories and select the Create Category button.
- Enter a Name for the category and then select the Save button.
- Go to Delegation > Delegated forms. Select the Edit link for the form you want to categorize.
- Select the Categories tab. Add your new category to Selected Categories, and then select the Save button to confirm.
- When end users filter by the newly created category on their Servicedesk tab, the categorized form is now displayed in it:
