There are two places where you can specify a 'from' address for emails sent by HelloID:
These fields will accept any email address using the
helloid.com domain without additional configuration. However, if you want to specify a custom 'from' address (e.g., using your organization's domain), you must contact HelloID support.

You have two options for a custom 'from' address:
- A single email address
- Any email address within a single domain
Decide which option works best for your organization, and follow the instructions below to contact us. We recommend using the domain option for greater flexibility.
Note: This does not pertain to the 'to' address. You can send to any and all email addresses, without special configuration.
Contact your local support office and tell us the email address or domain name you want to send emails from.
Testing & validation
If you select the domain option, we will send you an email with instructions to change your domain's DNS records. If you select the single email address option, we will send a verification email to that address. In the latter case, no DNS changes are required.
Please note that a request can take up to two weeks to process.
