Return a product
- Locate the request details for the product you want to return.
- Select the relevant Return link. You can only return a product whose state is Approved, Completed.
- Click Return Product to confirm.
- The product's status changes to Returned. If the product is an application or other digital item, you will no longer have access to it through HelloID. If it is a physical item, return the item according to your organization's policies.
