The request approval process
After requesting a product on behalf of a user, a message appears in the lower-right screen with the request's result:
If you receive an error message and you cannot correct the error, contact your organization's IT department for help.
The next step depends on the specific product and its approval policy. Your request may be sent to one or more people in your organization for approval, or it may be immediately handled by HelloID.
You can view your users' requests, including pending requests, in Management > Managed users.
Any requests waiting for approval will show a Pending label, under the relevant user/product:
When a product request is approved, it shows a Success label. The user gains access to the product.
After a product has been approved, the user can find it under Service Automation > My Products. If the product is an application, the user gets a new tile in their Applications. If the product is another type of digital item or a physical item, the user will be granted access to it according to your organization's policies and systems.
