View your product requests
- Select the user profile link in the upper-right corner.
- Select the Inbox link.
The following three tabs appear: Open, Pending, Completed.
Product requests which are awaiting your response.
Product requests which you have responded to, but still require a response from additional respondent(s).
Product requests which have received a response from all required respondents, and are now approved, denied, or returned.
Approve or deny a product request
- Select the relevant product request in the Open or Pending tab.
- Select the Approve or Deny button in the upper right corner.
- Depending on the product's approval workflow, the user may gain immediate access to the product, or may need to wait for additional approvals. When a request has been fully approved, the user can view the request in Service Automation > My products. If the product is an application, the user gets a new tile in their Applications. If the product is another type of digital item or a physical item, the user will gain access to it according to your organization's policies and systems.
