The request approval process
After requesting a product, a message appears in the lower-right screen with the request's result:
If you receive an error message and you cannot correct the error, contact your organization's IT department for help.
You can view your products and requests, including pending requests, in Service Automation > My products.
The next step depends on the specific product and its approval policy. Your request may be sent to one or more people in your organization for approval, or it may be immediately and automatically handled by HelloID.
Here, this product is Pending approval. This user must wait until the appropriate people in the organization have responded to the request.
When a product request is approved, it is marked Approved, Completed and you gain access to the product. Oppositely, the request is marked Denied and you do not gain access to it.
You can view your products and requests in Service Automation > My Products.
If the product is an application, you get a new tile in your Applications. If the product is another type of digital item or a physical item, you will gain access to it according to your organization's policies and systems.
