Introduction
HelloID stores logs for task data sources and PowerShell data sources, for both on-premises and cloud executions. This is useful for troubleshooting when users are having problems with delegated forms or product requests.
Log messages are retained for seven days. The most recent 100 messages are displayed. The red number on a log message indicates the number of errors that occurred during execution.

Logs for task data sources are written into the Task History.
View PowerShell data source logs
How to access a PowerShell data source's logs depends on where the PowerShell data source is located.
In a dynamic form
- In Forms - Overview, edit the relevant dynamic form.
- Edit the form element that contains the relevant PowerShell data source.
- Go to the Data Source Logging tab.
- Expand individual log messages to view them.
In a delegated form
- In Delegated Forms - Overview, edit the delegated form that contains the relevant dynamic form.
- Go to the Form tab.
- Edit the form element which contains the relevant PowerShell data source.
- Go to the Data Source Logging tab.
- Expand individual log messages to view them.
