Introduction
The HelloID Admin Dashboard reports incidents in your HelloID environment.
Incidents
The Incidents pane shows high-priority errors and events in HelloID which need your attention. They are tagged according to which HelloID module generated them.
Select an incident's Details button to view more information. Select an incident's Resolve button to manually close it. Use the dropdown menu to view Closed (past) incidents.
Incident types
Incident types include the following. The corresponding tags for email or webhook notifications are listed in parentheses. Configure these in Settings > Company > Incidents.

- License exceeded
- An event has been reported on Statuspage.io
Access Management (Domain: AM)
- Agent down
- Azure AD Sync failed
- Google Sync failed
- Certificate expired
Service Automation (Domain: SA)
- Agent down
- Task failed
Provisioning (Domain: Prov)
- Entitlement failed
- Entitlements blocked
