Agent pools
Agent instances are organized into Agent pools, which handle load balancing and separation of duties.
In HelloID features which use Agent, you specify which Agent pool should be used. Then, when an action runs, HelloID automatically determines which HelloID Agent inside that pool is best suited for the job.
Tip
If you only have one Agent instance installed, you only need one Agent pool.
