Approval Workflows allow you to customize how a request for a Self Service product is handled. By default, all requests must be approved or denied by the singular owner of the requested product. However, requests may be configured to be automatically approved or automatically denied. For more flexibility, you may create your own approval workflows that route product requests to any number of people within your organization for approval.
Approval Workflows Overview
Navigate to Self Service > Approval Workflows to see an overview of all the approval workflows available in your HelloID environment.
The following information is displayed for each approval workflow:
This column displays the approval workflow's name. Click Edit under the Actions column to change this value.
The Default column displays whether or not a particular workflow is configured to be the default workflow for all new products. Only one workflow may be configured as default at any given time.
Details of the approval workflows may be viewed and changed by clicking Edit. A workflow may be removed from HelloID by clicking Delete.
