Request a product on behalf of a user
- In Management > Managed users, select the relevant user's
Details button.
- In the list of products which you may request on behalf of the user, select the relevant
Request on Behalf button.
- If the product has a request form attached to it, fill out the form. For example:
- Select the Next button.
- If a Return Date is required, select one.
- Optional: Enter a Comment.
- Select the Request button.
- The product has been requested. See The request approval process for information on what happens next.
Unavailable products
Occasionally, a product may be out of stock or otherwise unavailable. In this case, the Request on Behalf button is unavailable. Contact your organization's IT department for help.
