The Servicedesk contains interactive forms to help you perform tasks within your organization.
It is only available if your IT department has enabled it, and you will only see form(s) which you have permission to use.
To get started, go to the Servicedesk:
- Select a form's tile to launch it. For this example, we will select the Disable account tile:
- The Disable account interactive form is launched. Proceed through it as desired.
HelloID has three built-in interactive forms. All three are for managing your organization's Microsoft Active Directory accounts:
Select a link to see detailed instructions for the form.
All other forms on your Servicedesk tab are custom forms created by your organization.
