Email notifications
Your IT department can configure HelloID to email you whenever someone requests a product you own. This helps you see product requests sooner, and respond faster.
You can respond to a request this way for up to one hour after the email is sent, without being logged into HelloID. After one hour, you must log in to complete your response.
- When someone requests a product you own, you receive an email notification:
- Select the Approve or Deny button to quickly respond to the request. Alternatively, select the Go to request button to respond to the request in your HelloID Inbox:
- If the request requires a comment, you are prompted to enter one after selecting the Approve or Deny button. Enter your comment and select the Approve button to confirm.
