Soft deleted users
By default, users which are deleted by the Active Directory synchronization task or by Google Workspace sync are "soft" deleted. Soft deleted users are disabled, but their records are retained to potentially be restored later.

Restored HelloID users retain their previous settings, including group memberships, credential sets, etc.
It is not possible to manually soft delete a user.
