Return a product (user dashboard)
Go to Service Automation > My Products.
For the request you want to return, click Return.
Tip
You can only return a product whose State is Approved, Completed.
To confirm, click Return Product.
The product's State changes to Returned.
If the product is an application or other digital item, you will no longer have access to it through HelloID. If it is a physical item, you should return the item according to your organization's policies.
