Withdraw a pending product request (user dashboard)
Go to Service Automation > My Products.
For the request you want to withdraw, click Withdraw.
Tip
You can only withdraw a request whose State is Pending Approval.
To confirm, click Withdraw Request.
The request is canceled and marked as Withdrawn.
To make a new request, Request a product (user dashboard).
