Audit logs
HelloID's audit logs store long-term records of activity in your HelloID portal.
Some key audit log data can be viewed directly in HelloID. For example, the Service Automation module lets you View audit logs, while the Provisioning module provides options to View audit logs and View a person's audit logs.
The main audit logs interface offers access to the complete data set for organizational audits, compliance, and troubleshooting.
To get started, Grant access to audit logs, and then View a report.
A variety of Audit log reports is available. Reports are built on the Elastic Stack, using Kibana as the visualization frontend. All report data is updated in near real time. Time zones reflect the Time Zone setting in Company settings.
Custom reporting is also supported. Add a custom report space to Create a custom report .

Data is guaranteed to be retained for one year. If you need a longer retention period, Access audit log data via REST API to export logs to your own SIEM solution.
