Custom directory sync
If you want to sync user accounts into HelloID, but your organization uses a directory system other than AD, Azure AD, or Google Workspace, then you must write a custom sync script. You can accomplish this with a PowerShell scheduled task (see Scheduled tasks) that queries the HelloID API.
Tip
When you write a custom sync script, Mapping sets are not used. Instead, you simply write the mapping logic inside your sync script.
