Delegated form categories
Delegated form categories let end users filter their delegated forms on the Servicedesk, using the Select Categories dropdown:
To get started, Add a delegated form category, and then Link a form to a category.
Tip
Unlike Product categories, delegated form categories are not access control mechanisms. They are only for front-end UI organization.
