Service Automation
HelloID Service Automation has three main features:
Self-Service requests: Automate employee resource requests using Products. A product represents any resource in your organization's inventory, including digital items like software or physical items like laptops. HelloID automates the self-service request process right up to the point where human intervention is absolutely required.
Automation: Run automated Tasks, including PowerShell tasks, on a regular schedule or as part of the product lifecycle.
Delegation: Securely delegate IT helpdesk jobs to non-technical users throughout your organization using Delegated forms. These are customizable web forms which execute PowerShell scripts in your organization's network or in the cloud.
To access these features, use the Self Service, Automation, and Delegation links in the main menu on the admin dashboard.
