Service Automation
Service Automation is a HelloID module that has three main features:
Self-service requests: Automate employee resource requests using Products. A product represents any resource in your organization's inventory, including digital items like software or physical items like laptops. HelloID automates the self-service request process right up to the point where human intervention is absolutely required. Product requests follow the approval workflow assigned to the product,
By providing access to resources through product requests, the Service Automation module complements the Provisioning module, where business rules determine which entitlements are granted and revoked.
IT helpdesk Delegation: Securely delegate IT helpdesk jobs to non-technical users throughout your organization using Delegated forms. These are customizable web forms which execute PowerShell scripts in your organization's network or in the cloud.
Task automation: Run automated Tasks and actions on a regular schedule or as part of the product lifecycle.
To access these features, use the Self Service, Delegation and Automation links in the main menu on the Admin dashboard.
