Service Automation
Service Automation is one of the HelloID modules.
This module has three main features:
Self-Service requests: Automate employee resource requests using Products. A product represents any resource in your organization's inventory, including digital items like software or physical items like laptops. HelloID automates the self-service request process right up to the point where human intervention is absolutely required.
Delegation: Securely delegate IT helpdesk jobs to non-technical users throughout your organization using Delegated forms. These are customizable web forms which execute PowerShell scripts in your organization's network or in the cloud.
Automation: Run automated Tasks and actions on a regular schedule or as part of the product lifecycle.
To access these features, use the Self Service, Automation, and Delegation links in the main menu on the admin dashboard.
