Shut down an Agent
Caution
This procedure disables only the Access Management Agent on the target Windows machine. The Provisioning Agent and the Service Automation Agent cannot be disabled from the HelloID admin dashboard. To disable them, you must stop their services directly on the target machine.
Go to Agents.
For the relevant Agent instance, click Shutdown.
Click Yes, I'm Sure.
