Merge suggestions
HelloID automatically suggests persons to aggregate when new persons are added during Source imports and identified as potential duplicates.
To manually generate merge suggestions at any time (i.e., independent of an import), Redetermine all suggestions.
Note
All newly imported persons for whom a suggestion is generated are marked as Skip Processing. This means they are excluded from enforcement until you approve or reject the suggestions (see Exclusions).
Persons suggested by the Redetermine all suggestions feature are not excluded in this way.
All approved and rejected suggestions are logged in the Audit logs.
Resolve merge suggestions as you receive them.
If HelloID is not configured to generate merge suggestions, you may want to Set up merge suggestions. Optionally, also set up Automatic merges to resolve certain merge suggestions automatically.
