Product requests
When users request Products, the following things happen:
A record of the request is created in Self Service > Request History (View product request history).
The product request enters the Requested state of the Product request lifecycle
Designated responders in Approval workflows receive Product request notifications.
An approval prompt for HelloID administrators (a simplified product request notification) is created in Product administration.
