Shows recent edits made to Dynamic forms in your HelloID portal.
Note that only the metadata is logged (e.g., who made the edit and when), not the actual content of the edits.

Shows recent submissions of Delegated forms.
This report does not include hidden values. For example, it does not show values submitted in Password Input form elements or any elements whose Summary Visibility attribute is set to Hide Value.
