Delegated forms


Delegated forms let you delegate traditional helpdesk tasks to users within your organization (e.g., enable/disable user accounts, update user attributes, create groups, etc.), while hiding complexity and minimizing unnecessary permissions.

To get started, Automatically import a pre-defined delegated form or Add a custom delegated form.

Delegated forms use Dynamic forms for the underlying form design. When a user submits a delegated form, their form input is passed into the attached PowerShell script (see Delegated form PowerShell scripts), which performs the necessary operations in your organization's network.

HelloID offers a variety of Pre-defined forms that you can import into your HelloID environment. If no suitable pre-defined delegated form exists, you can design a custom form yourself.

End users access their assigned delegated forms on the Servicedesk.


To automate IT helpdesk tasks that involve inventory of some kind (e.g., delivery of software or hardware), use Products instead of delegated forms.
