Automatic transfer
The automatic transfer feature automatically transfers person data (i.e. account data, audit logs, and person history) to the main person in merge sets, in certain situations. These include:
During Automatic merges with an already aggregated person, Contracts of the newly imported person and persons in the merged set will be evaluated prior to the merge. The person with the Primary contract becomes the new main person. Resolution occurs according to the Automatic merge scenario. If automatic transfer is disabled you will instead receive Merge suggestions.
When a main person is removed from the source system and is missing from a merged set, and there is exactly one non-main person in the set, the main person will automatically be replaced according with the non-main person, according to the Unmerge/replace suggestion resolved by replacing scenario. If there is more than one suggested person and/or automatic transfer is disabled, you will instead receive Unmerge/replace suggestions.
