Delegate OATH token management
You may want to delegate token management to specific users and/or groups, such as the IT help desk—without granting full HelloID admin rights. To do so, follow the instructions below.
Add a role called
Manage OATH Classic Hardware Tokens.
For the role, Configure rights for a role and assign the following rights:
Assign the relevant users and/or groups to the role. See Link a role to a user and Link a role to a group.
After logging out and back in, the assigned users and/or groups will gain access to the OATH Management screen in the admin dashboard:
