Set up recertification
Give users the appropriate rights related to:
Recertification Insights.
Resource owners, managers and chief information security officers (CISOs) need to be able to view results.
Resource owners and managers also need to be able to recertify products.
Recertification Management.
HelloID administrators need all recertification management rights.
CISOs need to be able to view campaigns, manage campaigns, start new campaign iterations and view the request history.

Configure the Recertification settings that apply to all campaigns.
Decide whether to use a system campaign or custom campaign.
For more information about campaign types, see: Recertification campaigns.
If a custom campaign is required, create a custom campaign.
Decide whether the campaign should generate insights only, or also produce Recertification requests.
Ensure the right users have access to the campaign.
