RADIUS
HelloID can act as a RADIUS client, to let users authenticate with a PIN code for 2FA.
To get started, Add a RADIUS config.
General tab
- Name
The name of the Radius configuration. Does not affect functionality.
- Server's IP Address (And Port)
The IP address and port of your Radius server.
- Shared Secret
- Enabled
Disabled servers are not available for authentication.
- Server Require OTP Verification
Enter OTP Again On Challenge:
Parameters tab
Tip
Type {{ to activate autocomplete in these fields. You have access to System variables, Custom variables, and Access Management variables.
- Username
The value that will be sent to the Radius server for the user's username.
- Password
The value that will be sent to the Radius server for the user's password.
