Link a product to a group
Tip
You can also indirectly link a product to a group via a product category (see Link a category to a product).
Go to Self Service > Products and click Edit for the relevant product.
Go to the Groups tab.
In the Selected Groups dropdown, select the relevant group(s) that the product will be linked to.
For this example, the
IT contractorsandMarketinggroups were already linked. We will additionally link theUsersgroup.
Click Save.
The product is linked to the selected group(s). Users in these groups can now view & request this product (see Request a product (user dashboard)).
