Auto-refresh
Data panes under Business > Entitlements have a 
Refresh button. When new data is available, a lightning bolt appears inside it: 
. Click this button to refresh the data.
Alternately, click 
Expand and enable the Auto-Refresh toggle to make the grid automatically update itself. The Refresh button turns blue to indicate that auto-refresh is enabled:
