Delegate your product request response duties to someone else (user dashboard)
Follow these instructions to temporarily CC another user on all product requests you receive. That user will receive the requests in their HelloID notification inbox and be able to respond to them. Note that this only pertains to request responses (approval or denial). It doesn't delegate any other product-related rights (e.g., requesting/returning on behalf of other users).
In the upper-right-hand corner, click the user menu.
Go to Approval Preferences.
Enable the toggle above the Save button.
Specify a Delegated Approver and an Expiration Date.
Click Save.
All product requests you receive during the specified period will now additionally be sent to the delegated responder. The first response (regardless of who responds) resolves the product request.
