Configure rights for a role
Important
After you assign roles to users and/or groups, or modify rights in roles, affected users must log out and back in to HelloID for the changes to take effect.
Go to Security > Roles.
For the relevant role, click Edit.
For this example, we'll edit the Servicedesk role we created in the Add a role article:
Go to the role's Rights tab.
Enable or disable the relevant toggles. See Rights reference.
For this example, we'll enable the Servicedesk - Overview toggle:
Click Save.
The rights have been modified for the users and groups in this role. Changes may not take effect until users log out and back in to HelloID.
