Agent logs
Agent logs are not available in the HelloID admin portal. To view them, access the following folders on the server where the Agent instance is installed:
The log files for the Access Management Agent can be found at: C:\ProgramData\Tools4ever\HelloID Directory Agent\log\.
The log files for the Service Automation Agent can be found at: C:\ProgramData\Tools4ever\HelloID\ServiceAutomation\logs\.
The log files for the Provisioning Agent can be found at: C:\ProgramData\Tools4ever\HelloID\Provisioning\.
