Assign a product
Use this feature to manually give a product to a user, without the user having to request it.
Go to Self Service > Administration.
Click Assign.
Select a Product and the Users who will receive it.

Optional: Disable the Trigger Email Actions toggle to suppress all email notifications related to this product assignment.
Optional: Enable the Immediately Approve Product toggle to skip the product's approval workflow (see Approval workflows) and immediately grant it to the user. In this case, Product actions for the 'requested' state will not be performed. Actions for the 'approved' state will be performed.
Click Assign.
