Identity & authentication
Users can sign in to the HelloID portal for various purposes, for example, to access an application, request a product, or carry out administrative tasks. Their HelloID user account determines how they sign in to the HelloID portal, how they authenticate, and which features are available to them.
In the HelloID portal, Users and Groups can be managed manually, synchronized from external directories through Directory sync, or created and updated through the Provisioning module.
Configured Identity providers (IdPs), password policies, portal access rules, and other Security settings protect user accounts and control access to the HelloID portal.
Roles & rights determine what users can access and how they interact with the different HelloID modules.
