Manual snapshots
A manual snapshot re-applies each source system's configuration (source mappings, display name formatting, primary contract & manager determinants) to its latest imported raw personnel data, without fetching any new raw personnel data.
This means that:
In-production Persons will be updated according to any changes you've made to source system configurations since the last snapshot.
No in-production persons will be added or removed—to say it again, in-production persons will only (potentially) be updated.
If external personnel data in the source systems has changed since the last import, those changes will not be reflected in HelloID as a result of a manual snapshot. Changes in external data will only be fetched the next time an import occurs (see Imports).
To get started, Manually generate a snapshot.
Note
Manual snapshots only include source systems which you've already imported at least once. Any source systems which haven't had an initial import won't be included in manual snapshots.
